I have been told I need to purchase a light fitting in order for my mega ray 120w self ballasted bulb to work, but am unsure of which one to get. I would like to avoid parting with too much money if possible.

At the moment I have my eyes on this one:

My reasons for not buying straight away are that I am not aware of how the wattage of my lamp will be suited to this as no details are given. I am about to become a student with little money so please bear this in mind!

Thanks folks

I think you will find this has a max rating of 100w.

Take a look at http://www.kimbosreptileworld.co.uk/index.php, don't forget you will need a reflector.

HIya the reflector is to 'reflect' the heat and uv onto the target area, some lamps waste energy by emmiting light and heat elsewhere, the reflector acts as a neck to bounce heat and light where you want it :-)
